Mississauga does not require or accept OFAI certification. Its 2026 recruitment process includes behaviour/competency interviews, medical, practical and behavioural assessments, York University fitness testing, other cognitive assessments as required, and a swim assessment. The City doesn't name its cognitive assessments, so prepare broadly for reading, math and reasoning.
